10/10/07 - Today we have opened our shop demo to the public. For those that are interested in purchasing our web shop and would like to give it a test drive you may check it out here NNB-Shop
10/09/07 - We experienced a short outage starting at about 12:32 AM until 01:35 AM. The outage was due to an upgrade to the network. The alert had gone out a few days ago but found its way into the spam folder and was deleted so we did not have a chance to pass the information along. The scheduled maintenance was as follows.
Window Start time (local): 11:00pm eastern 11/8/07 Window End time (local): 3:00am eastern 11/9/07 Expected Interruption: 60 minutes Affected Services: T-1 Private Line, DS-3 Private Line, and collocation
The maintenance included an upgrade that will offer us even better performance than we already had. W00t!!!
Exactly one hour later we are back up and running. We want to thank dataslab.com, as they were immediately available when I reported the outage at about 12:35 AM. They quickly reported on the network status and maintenance window as soon as they received details, which was only about 10 minutes later. Way to go for serious support.
